1947: The Vrai Sirop de Liège®; becomes a registered trademark
After the war, Clément Meurens can finally register his trademark, the "Vrai Sirop de Liège".
He asks a popular drawing artist from Brussels, Jean-Léon Huens, to create a strong image for the syrup.
The latter sketches the blossoming pear trees from the Aubel region. A timeless brand image is born…
