Raisin Juice Concentrate

Use raisin juice concentrate to make home-made baking even more delicious and even more nourishing.

Raisin Juice Concentrate

Highly-processed white sugar is used in many baking recipes and while it has a sweet taste, it has enormous negative implications for health. Fortunately it's easy to make the switch to using juices. Raisin juice is naturally sweet and so is an obvious choice to use to replace sugar. Using raisin juice concentrate means that there is less storage space needed in the kitchen, so more room for the essentials any home baker needs. This is great for making tasty fruit muffins taste even fruitier, but the principle applies across any recipe where sugar is given. Make the concentrate into juice form and use about 180ml instead of 200g of sugar. Remember to reduce the liquid to compensate.
